Huda Beauty's makeup line is expanding fast! For her first palette she decided to go with a Rose Gold theme, which is one of my favorites. She had snapped a few sneak peaks on her snapchat and explained a little bit of her thought process behind creating the palette. She explained that she wanted to create a new texture, a extremely high shine metallic finish. In her snap chat she stated that she believed she had achieved her dream texture. It was a mission and a half to finally get my hands on this palette. After a month since the release date I was finally able to order it on the Sephora website! Huda Beauty Rose Gold Edition Palette. After several months of being out in Sephora stores this palette is still a popular chose and frequently SOLD OUT! Keep checking the Sephora website if you want to get your hands on it, it's your best bet. Lets talk about the palette itself. I has a clear cover which I absolutely love because you can see all the eyeshadows without opening it. I assume that she will come out with more palettes which will make this feature very useful in the future. The palette comes with 4 'textured' eyeshadows, 4 shimmer eyeshadows, and 10 mattes. Here are a few swatches to see the amazing quality.

As you can see the top row is amazing! These swatches are without primer guys. I absolutely love this formula and finish. You do need to apply these shadows with your finger to get the most color pay off. As far as the other eye shadows you have mostly matte and four shimmers. I love that this palette includes a good amount of matte eyeshadow because the contrast between matte and metallic really makes the metallic pop. The matte eyeshadows are pigmented, and creamy which makes them easy to blend. I have very minimal fall out. The black in the palette is not the blackest eyeshadow I have ever seen but I actually prefer the softer black. I created this beautiful smokey eye and included a youtube tutorial for it.
